Decision framework
How LogicFrame Decision Planning structures complex personal decisions and options evaluation sessions in Chiang Mai.
Our framework is built for forks that resist quick pros-and-cons lists—immigration timing, caring for parents in different provinces, or leaving a stable role for self-employment.
Phase A — Inventory without verdict
You list live options, including the “do nothing for six months” branch. We capture constraints you cannot negotiate this quarter: lease end dates, school terms, medical follow-ups, visa expiry windows.
Phase B — Weighted criteria workshop
Together we score criteria that matter to your household—not generic productivity metrics. Examples from recent Chiang Mai engagements include commute across the ring road, access to bilingual schools, and cash buffer after SET volatility.

Phase C — Scenario bands
Each viable option receives three bands (favorable, expected, strained) with numeric ranges only when you supply them. We note which Thai agencies or employers would need letters at each band.
Phase D — Stakeholder alignment
If partners, parents, or employers must buy in, we draft a one-page summary in plain English (Thai summary available on request) so conversations stay factual.

Phase E — Commitment artifact
You receive a dated plan: the next conversation to schedule, documents to gather, and review triggers—such as a policy change from the Ministry of Labour or a medical result.
